Single Room Accommodation at Yellow Cedar Lodge

Single rooms are an additional $120.00 per night and are subject to availability. For those not skiing, accommodation only packages are available at $250.00 per night (based on double occupancy).

Extra Vertical

We guarantee 100% of your vertical feet of heliskiing. You are welcome to helski/heliboard as much or as little as you wish and extra vertical is available for an additional $139.00 per 1,000 m ($42.00 per 1,000 feet). Your vertical each day, whether by Helicopter or by Snowcat back-up, is cumulative and will be posted for you to keep track of. There are no extra vertical charges for weeks with Unlimited Vertical included in their package.

Vertical Refund Policy

If due to poor weather or mechanical breakdown only, you are unable to heliski/heliboard the full vertical included in your package, Northern Escape Heli-Skiing will refund $139.00 per 1,000 m ($42.00 per 1,000 feet) for the unskied/boarded portion of your package.

Trip Cancellation Insurance

Trip Cancellation Insurance is highly recommended. Northern Escape Heli Skiing has made arrangements with Lutz Financial Services to offer our guests a comprehensive Cancellation and Interruption Insurance package. Medical Insurance

We recommend you carry insurance to cover hospital and ambulance expenses. Make sure that any insurance you purchase covers you while you are in Canada or out of your home province. Again, Lutz Financial Services offers a comprehensive Medical Insurance.

Evacuation Insurance

Evacuation Insurance is available from Northern Escape Heli Skiing to cover evacuation of an injured guest from the mountain to the hospital in Terrace, B.C. or to the nearest appropriate transfer point for the B.C. Ambulance Service. The cost is $8.00 per day per person. Guests requiring evacuation, and have arranged other evacuation insurance or have no insurance will be charged $2,500.00 per helicopter flight hour for any evacuation.

Group Discount

Groups of 12 heliskiers/heliboarders will receive one free seat when making a reservation for the same week. Pay for 11 seats and get 12 seats or split the discount amongst the group.

Foreign Currencies

Payments made in currencies other than Canadian Dollars will be credited at the exchange rate received upon deposit into our account.
