• Snowcat Back-up: All packages include our fail-safe solution to the dreaded "down day", snowcat back-up. This means you're assured of skiing/riding everyday. Zero Down Days!

• Increased Safety: All guests are equipped with Snowpulse Avalanche Airbags and each pack contains a shovel and probe.
• New Prior Overloard Skis: Backcountry and Powder Magazine have given the new Overlord, “Editor’s Choice” and “Skier’s Choice” Awards. The Overlord’s shape has been modified along with an enhanced rocker profile to provide better powder trim and edge-to-edge transition.

NEH Package Choices

You have the choice of three Heliskiing packages with NEH. Each is industry leading in it's class.

• Classic Heliskiing Package: The Classic package is our most popular package with guests flying in 3 groups of skiers/riders. Accommodations and exquisite meals are offered at Yellow Cedar Lodge. Small groups, Snowcat Back-up and Easy Access make this the number one choice in the industry.

• Yellow Cedar Lodge Private: This Private Package, for 4 or 5 people, offers the many advantages of having your own Private helicopter and 2 guides with the cost savings of sharing the lodging with other groups. It's one of the most economically priced Private Packages as it shares the Yellow Cedar Lodge and it's amenities with the Classic groups. Private heli, single rooms, and 2 private guides make this a great package for those that demand the best.

• The Exclusive Private: The name says it all. A Private waterfront lodge for up to 5 people, Private chef with custom menu and wine list, massage therapist and concierge as well as a Private helicopter with 2 guides. This package is one or the most Exclusive on the market and is highly sought after. It's perfect for the heliskiing connoisseur!

Snowcat Back-up

So what's the big deal with Snowcat Back-up? Well, we think it's the evolution of Heliskiing.

We ski everyday now and we ski full days everyday. We don't have to wait for the weather to improve in the morning and stay on "stand-bye" for hours while it dumps outside.

If the weather starts to turn for the worse in the afternoon, we don't have to stop skiing/ riding, we just head for the snowcats to finish the day. 

And, we can switch between the snowcats and the helis and back again at any time depending on the weather.

On marginal flying days our run selection is unlimited within the snowcat area and we are not limited to the 1 or 2 "poor weather" runs to build moguls on. We enjoy the new snow at its deepest while we ski/ride endless deep powder runs.

We also feel that our safety margins are increased as we are less likely to be flying in the worst of weather conditions.

Adding snowcats to our program has increased our customer satisfaction immensely. We now offer the best of both heliskiing and catskiing. Join us to experience it yourself!

Most of you had a hot summer, but here in Northwest BC, we seem to have skipped Summer and went straight to Fall. With this year's predicted return of La Nina, we may be in for another epic winter. If you missed it last year you may get a second chance at one of the best DEEP powder season's ever.

Our Snowcat Back-up program was such a great success last season, we are now expanding the road system which will increase the run options and the efficiency of climb for the snowcats. That all adds up to more turns. Join us and ensure that you'll get what you came for - Deep Powder Everyday!

New Skis for 2012

New for this year we'll have a brand new fleet of Prior Overload Skis. Their hand made right here on the West Coast and will have our own custom topsheet.

The overlord is the perfect ski for our DEEP conditions. Fat, strong, and firm, the Overlord offers incredible stability at speed while providing amazing nimbleness through trees and powder.
