Ben Genaille is looking forward to being part of the Team at NEH. He has worked in the food industry for 30 years and participated in the World Culinary Olympics in Germany, Canadian Culinary Team 2008 and was the Team Manager of the Aboriginal Culinary Team Canada 2012. Ben has been married to his best friend Carolyn for 29 years, is a father of three and a new Grandparent. @chef_genaille

Paul Beggs

Sous Chef

Paul's first love and focus is his six-month-old son Eli. Coming in a close second is cooking! He is relocating to Terrace as his fiancé grew up here and has family and fond memories in Terrace. He has been cooking professionally for close to 15 years now and is still obsessed with what he does. Other interests include rugby, (he played semi pro for a couple of years), boxing, wrestling, improv comedy (he performed for a couple of years), target shooting, painting and drawing (he attended Emily Carr University of Art and Design), and of course cooking! He says he can't wait to join the team and looks forward to the season.

Miles Davis

Breakfast Chef

Miles is 26 years old, born and raised in a small town half an hour outside of Hobart, Tasmania. He enjoys the outdoors and for this reason found himself in Canada back in 2007, when he spent a year here and has been living here permanently since 2009. He loves the activities living in the mountains offers, especially the snowboarding. He also likes to cook for friends and family and enjoys catching a live music show.

Carolyn Genaille

Carolyn Genaille is looking forward to returning to Team NEH for the upcoming season. Carolyn is presently in semi-retirement so she can visit with her new grandson who lives in Terrace and hopefully do more travelling once we have finished this season. She loves skiing, and what better place to do it than beautiful BC!! 

Andrea Dziewior

Server

Andrea was born and raised in BC and has been ripping it up in the mountains from an early age. Due to complications at birth, she is an above the knee amputee, but this doesn't slow her down one bit. She has been ski racing since age five and has represented Canada at the the Paralympic games in Vancouver. She moved to Terrace with her fiance who was raised here and loves the deep powder skiing in the area.

Larissa Dombrowski

Larissa is born and raised in Victoria BC, where she grew up outdoors in nature hiking, biking and camping on Vancouver Island. The early years were spent tree planting up and down the BC Coast while wintering in Whistler BC and the South Chilcotin Mtns. Eventually the call of The North came where today Larissa spends her time between Haida Gwaii, Wales Island in the the summer at a Fishing Lodge and Northern Escape for the winters. In her spare time Larissa enjoys travelling, photography, art, culture and living a simple life in the elements of nature.

Lee-Anne Critchley

Lee-Anne is an easy going northern girl, born and raised in Terrace. She loves the fresh snow fresh air and mountains up here. She loves to rip on her snowboard, mountain bike and wakeboard. Loves fishing and even shoots archery for fun. This will be Lee-Anne's second winter with Northern Escape Heli Skiing and she's looking forward to another great winter!

Kassandra Davis

Kassandra took her formal culinary arts training at Culinary Institute of Vancouver Island, and she makes creating with food a lifelong pursuit of love.   She grew up on the sunshine coast, and in the last few years has spent most of her time cooking, travelling and playing with snowboards in the kootenays. Nothing tickles her fancy more than bluebird days and deep powder and she looks forward to spending the winter in terrace to ride it out! She loves the outdoors and has great interest in her current studies herbal medicine and Permaculture. Needless to say, most of her life still revolves around her love for food and sharing that with her guests.
